TOUR AT JEFF BEZOS’ REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Exactly how many properties does Jeff Bezos have to his name? Nobody knows for sure. But in this video, we will dive into just some properties of America’s 28’th largest landowner, according to the Land Report, starting with the priciest. Here’s a tour at Bezo’s Real Estate Properties.

$255 Million Beverly Hills Estates (2020)

With a gorgeous fountain, sophisticated columns at the front, and a myriad of plant life, we are starting with assumably the most expensive property Jeff Bezos owns. According to the Dirt website, this property includes two estates that sit on 130 acres of land. The businessman allegedly paid $165 million for Jack Warner’s estate and subsequently dropped another $90 million for the second vacant property.

$96 Million New York Real Estate Property (2020)

Just as the pandemic was getting worse for the entire world, Jeff Bezos took ownership of a three-bedroom condominium in New York. And according to the New York Post, he purchased the property at $16 million. He also bought the 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th floors of the building in the same location for about $80 million.

$80 Million New York City Apartments (2019)

At this point, it surprises no one that Jeff also owns a three-story penthouse and two other units located below it in New York. We read on the Business Insider website that the CEO purchased the property around June of 2019.

$63 Million Medina homes (1998)

As you can already tell, Jeff Bezos is a fan of buying multiple real estate on the same property. So adding to his portfolio are these two estates near Seattle. As we read in a The Sun article, Jeff paid $10 million for the 20,600-square-foot home and then $53 million for the estate adjacent to it.

$24.45 Beverly Hills Mansion (2007)

The last tour is at Spanish-style estate Beverly Hills mansion worth $24.45 million. This property is quite exquisite because it includes a greenhouse, tennis court, four elegant fountains, and an enormous pool. But of course, this video did not cover all of Jeff’s estates. And since we only went into some, other properties owned by Jeff includes his 30,000-acre ranch in Texas, his lake house in Seattle, and to throw it in there, he also bought a home in Washington that was once a museum.
