Analysis:
This list only contains one character with an official height, and that is Wataru Sajou. All the other height data for the characters listed in this article are estimates based on our observations and research.
Wataru Sajou was used as a base frame of reference in calculating Aika Natsukawa’s estimated height. Since it was mentioned by The Dreaming Boy Is A Realist Fandom that Wataru Sajou has a height of 165 cm, we can use his height as a reference in order for us to calculate Natsukawa’s height. This is done by observing the visual scale difference between the two characters using Hikaku Sitatter Height Comparison Tool. On the first episode of the anime, somewhere around the time frame 19:15, we can see both Wataru Sajou and Aika Natsukawa stand side by side inside a room.
The frame above gives us an idea that the maximum height of Aika Natsukawa is on the same level as the eye height of Wataru Sajou. By using Hikaku Sitatter Height Comparison Tool, we can observe the visual scale difference between the two characters. After putting some input on the height chart tool, we come to the conclusion that Aika Natsukawa is around the height of 153 cm.

In the image above, we have edited two separate frames which are located somewhere around the time frame [12:57] in the first episode of the anime. In this edit, we can clearly see the visual scale difference between Rena and Sajou.
We have made sure that this edit keeps that integrity of our estimates by only following the same resolution as the original screenshot of the two frames, no resizes nor y-values were manipulated after putting on the two frames side by side in our editor.
The frame gives us an idea that Rena’s total height is in line with Sajou’s lower chin height. Using this information, we will put in some input on Hikaku Sitatter Height Comparison Tool in order to get specific values for the visual scales of the characters.
Hikaku Sitatter Height Comparison Tool tells us that a girl who’s height is in the same relative height line as a 165 cm tall boy’s chin should have an estimated height of around 143 cm.
