EXPLANATION OF YUUREI-CHAN’S AGE

First, we determined Yuurei-chan’s physical age.

We estimated that she is physically a 6-year-old girl. Especially in episode 7, Fushihara thinks that she and Myako could be elementary students.

According to the Tokyo Intercultural Portal Site, first-grade elementary students are mostly six-year-olds.

As for real age, she could be around 150 years old since, in chapter 16 of the manga, she was originally from what appears to be the middle of the Bakumatsu period. Especially some people donned Western style of clothing.

From the Yale University Library website, we have read that the Bakumatsu period dates from 1853 to 1868.

So the possible year Yuurei-chan existed was 1863 since The Rake stated that the Western influence was welcomed in the said year.

Since episode 7 revealed that the timeline is 2021, we subtracted 1863 with it. Thus, garnering the estimated age of 158  years old.
