EXPLANATION OF NETFLIX’S BUBBLE (2022) CHARACTERS’ AGES
We estimated the characters’ ages based on the show’s premise and the characters’ demeanor. According to IMDb, all the characters are still in their youth.
Based on how Hibiki acts, we estimated him to be about 18 years old since he acts mature yet still in his teens.
Then, Uta looks a few younger than Hibiki, and she looks like she is still in high school in her school outfit.
Finally, we estimated Makoto to be about two years older than Hibiki since she is the most mature among the three and acts like Hibiki and Uta’s guardian.
EXPLANATION OF NETFLIX’S BUBBLE (2022) CHARACTERS’ HEIGHTS
We approximated the characters’ heights based on their ethnicity as Japanese citizens and their estimated ages.
First, according to Nbakki, Japanese males Hibiki’s age stand at about 5 feet and 7 inches in height. So, we designated this to be his height.
Then, from the same source, adult Japanese females stand at about 5 feet and 2 inches. However, Makoto looks taller than the average Japanese female, so we estimated her to be about 5 feet and 4 inches tall.
Finally, we estimated Uta’s height based on how she stands beside Hibiki and Makoto in these show pictures. Uta looks at least five inches shorter than Hibiki and about two inches shorter than Makoto at an approximated height of 5 feet and 2 inches.
