The Disney Fandom Wiki stated that Moana’s rooster Heihei is a bantam rooster.
The height of bantam roosters, according to The Happy Chicken Coop website, is one-half to two-thirds the size of regular birds.
A regular rooster’s height, according to Britannica, is 27.6 inches.
That said, Heihei’s height would be a maximum of 18.4 inches.
We can now use this to determine Moana and Maui’s height.
In the pictures released by Disney, Moana appears to be five times Heihei’s height if Heihei is 18.4 inches tall, which makes Moana a whopping 7.6 ft. Big, right?
Maui, too, is big.
If you look again at the pictures released by Disney, Maui appears to be an inch or two taller than Moana.
That would make his height approximately 9 ft.

Heihei was seen first in the movie when Moana was a toddler, but he appears to be of the same age as seen when Moana was already sixteen years old.
According to The Happy Chicken Coop website, the life expectancy of bantam chickens is just 5-7 years, so we have reason to believe that Heihei is immortal.
