According to Pokemon Wiki, Pokémon Legends: Arceus is a Generation VIII game taking place in the Hisui region, the Sinnoh region long before the events of Diamond and Pearl. The game follows the protagonist, sent back through time, as they travel through the Hisui region based on the island of Hokkaido during early Japanese colonization. Centered around exploration of the region’s several open areas populated with Pokémon, the game’s objective is to complete a roster of the region’s Pokémon, known as the Pokédex.

The heights of the characters are determined using the information from other websites and their comparison with other characters physical attributes or appearance.
First, we determined the heights of Akari, then used them as the basis for the heights of the two remaining characters.
Since Akari is estimated to be a 15-year-old Pokémon trainer, we approximated her height is 5 feet and 2 inches. She has an average height of a girl with her age.
Next, we estimated Adaman’s height by how tall he appears beside Akari. Akari is a few inches in reaching Adaman’s shoulder, so we calculated Adaman’s height is around 6 feet and 4 inches.
Then, Irida’s height is approximately 5 feet and 5 inches since Rei’s frame is shorter than hers.
After that, we have Red and Ben; two of the youngest male characters are estimated to stand 5ft and 2in.
Also, we have Gloria, Chase, Green and Dawn; these characters are the shortest that stands 4ft and 10in approximately. They have also small physical features that can possibly make them the shortest among all other characters.
Moreover, Hilda, May and Bettie are standing 5ft and 4in approximately. These three characters have an average height of girls with their ages.
Lastly, Rosa, Brendan and Calem are approximated to be 5ft and 5in, 5ft and 7in, and 6ft and 2in, respectively. The heights can be possible since, Rosa is shorter than Brendan. Then, Brendan is shorter than Calem. Moreover, Calem is the tallest among them.

We arrived at an estimation that Akari is 15 years old since, in the game, Captain Cyllene noted that she appear as such. Additionally, the GamePur website explicitly stated that the character is indeed 15 years old.
Secondly, though Adaman’s age wasn’t revealed in the game, we considered his appearance and maturity in determining his age. With that, we assumed that he’s in his early 20’s, probably 23 years old.
Then, as for Irida, we supposed that she is a few years younger than Adaman despite being a clan leader like him. With her appearance and attitude, we arrived at the said estimation.
After that, we have Gloria, Green, Ben, Chase and Dawn; they are the youngest on the list. They are estimated to have ages of 14 years old.
Also, Red is 15 years old same as Akira.
Moreover, Hilda, May, and Bettie are 16 years old approximately. Since, they are quite older than Red and they look like a sister to him.
Then, Rosa and Brendan are estimated to be 18 years old. They are also quite older than Hilda, May and Bettie so, we can tell that they are two-year older than the characters.
On the other hand, Calem is 21 years old approximately. Since, he really looks older than Rosa and Brendan. Then, he can possibly be that age.

The weights of the characters are based on their heights and ages. Then, BMI Chart was used to estimate them. Also, we consider their body or physical features to determine their weights.
Firstly, the lightest characters among the list, Gloria, Green, Chase and Dawn are weighing 90 lbs approximately. The four characters are considered to have the same weights because they have almost the same heights and ages. The body features of these three characters are also quite smaller than other characters.
After that, Akari, Red, Hilda, May, Ben and Bettie have the same estimated weights of 110 lbs. The six characters have almost the same ages and heights also. So, we estimated their weights to be the same. Also, they look bigger than the lightest characters that make them possible with that weight.
Also, Irida, Rosa, and Brendan have the same estimated weights of 120 lbs. Since, they have the same ages and heights so, we can possibly tell that they have the same weights.
Moreover, Calem is second to the heaviest. He weighs 150 lbs approximately. Since, he is the second tallest person too.
Lastly, Adaman is the heaviest of them all. He is estimated to weigh 160 lbs. Since, he is the tallest person among other characters.
