According to Shikimori’s Not Just A Cutie Fandom Wiki, Micchon Shikimori’s height is 5 feet and 4 inches. She is quite taller than an average Japanese girl.
Also from the similar source, Kyou Nekozaki’s height is 5 feet and 5 inches. She was about an inch taller than Micchon when they are together.
On the other hand, Yuu Izumi’s height was not revealed. So, we estimated his height based on how tall he is when placed beside Shikimori.
Then, in chapter 8 of the manga, Shikimori’s height is on Yuu’s eye level; hence, he appears to be 5 feet and 8 inches tall.
Next, the tallest among them was Akizada Izumi. He stands 5ft and 10in. When Akizada are with other characters, we can really tell that she is the tallest.
After that, we have Fuji Shikimori. He is estimated to be 5ft and 9in. Since, he was taller than Yuu Izumi for about an inch.

Firstly, in chapter 19, the blackboard has a school grade, “2-4,” written on it. This implies that they are probably a second year to fourth year high school students.
Secondly, this means that the main characters of this manga and soon-to-be anime are in 2nd-grade of high school, occupying classroom 4.
Also, according to the K12 Academics website, Japanese students who are 2nd-graders in high school are typically aged 16 to 17 years old.
Next, the three oldest characters are Miyabi Shikimori, Akizada Izumi and Motoko Izumi. They have an estimated age of 40 years old. Since, they are the parents of Izumi siblings and Shikimori siblings.
Then, we have Fuji Shikimori. He is estimated to have an age of 19 years old because he’s taller than Shikimori and also the older brother of Shikimori.

Firstly, the heaviest of them all is Akizada Izumi with a strong built body. He is estimated to weigh 170 lbs.
Secondly, Yuu Izumi, Miyabi Shikimori, Shuu Inuzuka, and Motoko Izumi have the same weights of 140 lbs approximately.Since, they have the same ages and heights and they look the same with their body features.
Next, Fuji Shikimori and Saruogi have the same weight also. They are 130 lbs approximately. It can be predicted also based on their physical features in the series.
