ANALYSIS OF MEGAMIND CHARACTERS’ HEIGHTS
According to IMDb, Megamind is 5’5″ tall. However, he is only 4½ heads tall proportionately. This makes him the same head-to-body proportions as a toddler or a Lego mini-figure.
We calculated the rest of the characters’ sizes by comparing them to Megamind. Hence, the approximations.

We know Hal is 28 years old. It is stated fact in the film when Minion is looking into who he is after being hit with the infuser gun.
Roxanne started as a reporter before Hal came to work for the channel 8 news. Based on her physical appearance, maturity, and seeming work experience, she is in her early 30s.
Megamind is 8 days old when his parents send him from their dying planet to save him. He crashes on earth on Christmas day. This would put his birth date as December 17th.
After careful consideration of all these things, we placed Megamind at age 35 (since a reference scene of a calendar in the film has events in June 2010).
We looked at the beginning, where we saw him and Metroman as babies. It appears that Metroman is at least a year or two old when he is sent from his planet.
