The Transformers continue to battle the scheming Decepticons in the war for Cybertron. According to Transformers Wiki, the leader of the upstanding Autobots, Optimus Prime, is 19 feet 8 inches which is almost 2 stories tall.
On the other hand, the head of the nefarious Decepticons, Megatron, is 6 meters as well, or 19 feet 8 inches in height.
Megatron’s second-in-command, Starscream, is 5 meters or 16 feet 5 inches in height.

Many have concluded that Optimus Prime may be around 5 million years old. According to CBR however, if one counts his time as Orion Pax and when he was in stasis here on Earth, the time would amount to approximately 9 million years. Optimus Prime would be around 9 million years old.
Based on a Quora thread, Megatron is older than Optimus Prime but not by much. He is actually older by a thousand years. This may seem a lot, but compared to their age which is many millions of years, a thousand is just a drop in the pond. This makes Megatron around 9 million years old as well.
The ambitious Starcream has been Megatron’s sidekick since the early times. Therefore one can only deduce that he has been for around 9 million years as well, just like the rest.
