Did you know that three men brought Captain Barnacles to life? According to the Octonauts Wiki, one actor was responsible for Captain Barnacles’ voice and two for his singing voice. English actor and voice actor Simon Greenhall provided Captain’s voice since the first season. On the other hand, Simon Foster was responsible for the character’s singing voice on “Creatures Report.” Now, Simon Foster is the latest singing voice actor for Captain Barnacles.

2. PROFESSOR INKLING’S VOICE ACTOR

The Octonaut’s founder is voiced by veteran voice actor, Keith Wickham. He provided both the singing and voice acting for the character. Wickham is also best-known for his roles in Thomas & Friends TV series, such as Sir Topham Hatt and Gordon.

3. KWAZII’S VOICE ACTOR

Kwazii’s voice actor is none other than Rob Rackstraw. He is also the provider of both the voice and singing voice for Kwazii. Just like Wickham, he also stars in Thomas & Friends TV series. His characters are James, Toby, Cranky, and Flynn/

4. PESO’S VOICE ACTOR

Peso has two voice actors; one for the US version and the other is for the UK. Wayne Grayson is the current US voice actor for Peso, while Paul Panting is the UK counterpart.

5. SHELLINGTON’S VOICE ACTOR

Can you tell who shares the same voice actor with Shellington? If you don’t know, he is Keith Wickham, Professor Inkling’s voice actor as well. He is the current and active voice actor for the two characters. This is an interesting fact for our list, “Octonauts Characters Voice Actors.”

6. TWEAK’S VOICE ACTOR

Our beloved Tweak also has two voice actors. For the US version, Jaimie Kelton was Tweak’s voice actress for Season 1 only. Jo Wyatt is currently the provider of the character’s voice, both the US and UK versions.

7. DASHI’S VOICE ACTOR

Just like Captain Barnacles, Dashi has three voice actors too. Mary Murphy was her US voice actor from Season 1 to Season 4. But, she was replaced by Jenny Yokobori. Then, Teresa Gallagher is her UK voice actor.

8. TUNIP’S VOICE ACTOR

Last on our list of “Octonauts Characters Voice Actors” is a Vegimal voice actor! The voice actor behind the iconic Vegimal is Michael C. Murphy. Throughout the series’ Seasons, Murphy successfully brought Tunip to life! Even with the character’s unique language, Murphy made Tunip stand out.
