EXTERIOR LOOK
Before Jane Levy became a new Hollywood Hills resident, she owned a cabin-style abode boasting a gorgeous rustic exterior and interior. Also, the privacy of the neighborhood is a huge plus to the actress. Now, Levy is the new owner of a 2, 343 square feet Craftsman-style house! This house, as reported by Dirt.com, is comprised of three bedrooms and bathrooms. Aside from its stunning exterior that flaunts its dark-green wall shingles, the house is secluded. Hence, a home fitting for a private person such as Jane Levy.
The whole property stands through a beautifully landscaped lawn decorated with lush trees and plants. With that, the house splendidly blends in with nature. Now, let’s see what’s inside this charming house.
INTERIOR LOOK AND LIVING SPACE
Behind the white wooden door, the low-ceiling living space is properly maximized. The area sports a neutral color palette, making it appear like a blank canvas. To fill this “blank canvas,” colorful furniture and decorations were added to the room. A grey Gallagher 4-seater-sofa was placed near a window, while three different lounge chairs were placed opposite the sofa.

Then the triangular bookcase and paintings adorned the walls that show organization and style. At the corner of the space, a white bricked fireplace is found. Overall, the interior is surely decorated to give a homey and comforting vibe.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA

The narrow kitchen is stylish and neatly organized. The space boasts top-quality stainless steel appliances, open shelving for easy storage and organization, and a Butcher Block countertop. As we move to the skylight-topped dining area, natural lights flood the whole space. The furniture sports a rustic style with its wooden weave design. Then, the French door will take you to the tantalizing outdoor space.
MASTER BEDROOM

But before we explore the outdoor space, let’s take a look at the master bedroom first. After passing the yellow hallway, an ocean-like room will greet you. The whole room was painted with a deep cerulean blue color while the furniture got shades of blue. The huge king-sized bed and wardrobe cabinet dominated the space. Altogether, the whole area looks refreshing!
OUTDOOR SPACE AND GUESTHOUSE

Now, let’s pass through the tall French doors! Outside, you will be greeted by different palm trees and plants. Thus, the space resembles a mini-tropical beach. The special features of the outdoor area are the kidney-shaped pool, circular spa, bricked fireplace, and guesthouse. Wooden dining furniture placed adjacent to the fireplace lounge. This area is perfect for alfresco dining. As we move on to the lounge, natural Rattan sofas are one of the main features of the space. We love how everything just blends with nature!
Of course, you can’t miss the pool. The kidney-shaped pool appears like a mini-sea with its tranquil and crystal-like water. Trees also surround this area; hence, providing a natural shade when lounging.

Last but not least, the guestroom is a must-have! The room is comprised of a movie theatre, bath, and bedroom. With that, this room is a certified hang-out spot.
