The said house is from Boxabl, a company that mass-produces 20 x 20 foldable, prefabricated homes, as stated by the Chron website. This house is designed to resemble a studio apartment, complete with a living room, bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub shower—a perfect home for a busy man like Elon.
