It has been a trend for TikTok creators to live in homes together, so let’s dive into the Sway House’s 11 Million-Dollar Mansion.
EXTERIOR LOOK
Before entering the estate, you first have to go through a ridiculously long driveway. And on the trip to the house, you will admire the vast greenery and hills surrounding the area. Once the gates open for you, you will be surprised at how massive this compound is. Any Home reported that the house sits on roughly an acre of land, which is indeed a lot of space.
This estate has a backyard space with a breathtaking view where the boys can enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous sunsets. The home also goes with a massive heated pool. But, that’s not all; also included in the property is a pool house, complete with a kitchen and living room. And this is where one of the managers lives.
Built back in 2018, the estate exhibits an up-to-date layout. The rectangular exteriors and slanted roof lines directly indicate that the house has a modern design. And with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, it is beyond luxurious.
LIVING AREA
Once dubbed as “the One Direction of TikTok,” the group loves to film TikTok videos together in their extremely spacious living room, where they play ping pong and ride their bikes. With a dazzling layout, they indeed went for a simplistic concept for this one.
KITCHEN
From the living area, you can directly make your way to the kitchen furnished with a marble countertop, white cabinets, and marvelous chandeliers. In the Triller’s house tour video, the boys showcased their fridge filled with, you guessed it, muscle milk.
GYM
And speaking of muscle, the boys have a gym that holds a Smith machine and lots of weights.
BRYCE HALL’S BEDROOM
The rooms of the compound are consistent with the overall minimalistic and sleek layout of the home. However, Bryce Hall’s master bedroom is something else. Dozens of people can surely fit in both his and her bathrooms. The crazy part is, each bathroom has individual walk-in closets. Moving on to the actual bedroom, Bryce also mentioned in the house tour that a basketball court could probably fit inside the room.
