1. Tunip
Tunip is the leader of the Vegimals and the head cook for the Octonauts. He is the smallest main character in the crew, but being half tuna, it is a little ironic since tunas are large fish that can grow up to 6.5 feet and weigh up to 550 pounds. However, their size doesn’t hinder their speed because they can reach a distance of 44 to 62 miles per hour.
And to justify Tunips’ small frame, turnips can grow up to 2 to 8 inches and weigh up to 1 kilogram.
2. Barrot
Barrot is always at your service. And as you may have observed, one notable ability the character has is his speed. Since he is half bass, this creature can swim at 2 ½ times their body length per second. Basses have bursts of powers that cause them to accelerate fast, reaching 21 mph.
Moving on to the carrot part of his body, these vegetables contain natural sugar and are considered one of the world’s sweetest vegetables. That might explain Barrot’s charming personality.
3. Tominnow
For her small size, Tominnow bursts with overflowing positive energy. And since the character is a Minnow, she can swim up 50 km with a water velocity of 60 cm/s.
In addition, because Tominnow is a tomato, she can still increase her weight since tomatoes get larger as they ripen.
4. Grouber
The enormous appetite of this character may well be because he is half Grouper. These creatures have such a huge appetite that they also consume the fishermen’s harvest.
